Cara Penipuan:
Mangsa sms tanya pasal rumah sewa, penipu ni akan membalas ada...kena masuk deposit dulu. Mangsa mohon untuk lihat rumah, penipu akan bagi mcm2 alasan utk elak jumpa dan hanya mohon minta bank in saja duit dan berjanji rumah telah disediakan. Mangsa terpedaya dan masukkan duit. Penipu mohon tambah lagi duit deposit utk tujuan yang sengaja direka2.. Mangsa mengelak dan mohon utk lihat rumah. Penipu akhirnya mengalah dan mengatakan rumah sewa tidak dapat disediakan dan berjanji akan memulangkan semula deposit. Mangsa menungggu dan terus menunggu hingga bermacam2 alasan penipu gunakan untuk melengah2kan proses dan akhirnya diam tanpa khabar berita... So, berhati2 dengan nama ini ye...
Kepada sesiapa yang pernah menjadi mangsa, sila ambil maklumat ini untuk tindakan laporan polis. Juga sebagai peringatan kepada sesiapa yang nak bank in duit anda kepada si celaka ini, sila semak dahulu akaun yang diberikan!

Assalam....

berhati2 dengan used ni terletak di Selangor. Kuat menipu minggu lepas wife nak beli kete tapi kena letak deposit rm500 dulu baru boleh test drive..

dia pun letak la rm500 dah test drive, sy ada bagitau kete tulis tahun 2006 tapi tgk plate cam tahun 2005 bila minta geran dia org x bagi tgk nanti dah setel semua baru boleh

so wife summit document.... pastu loan x lulus, bila minta semua duit amoi tu ckp tolak rm200. sy tanya pasal apa dia ckp summit 2 bank 1 bank rm100. Setahu sy 1 bank aje yg call tanya detail. pastu sy tanya apa lagi 1 bank tu, amoi tu ckp ler A.... Bank. saya pun call tanya dia org ckp xde summit pun document atas nama wife.... bila sy call used car semula dia org x layan lansung ... cilako tul.

masa sy pergi sana nak collect deposit ada sorang tu komplen... kete iklan tahun 2003 tapi bank ckp 2004 tgk geran pun sama 2003...

jadi broder tu nak minta kurang RM500 amoi tu ckp x boleh kalau nak kurang rm200 aje... broder tu ckp nak cancel... kalau cancel dia org tolak deposit rm500 tu sbb broder tu yg nak cancel...

buta2 org kita kena tipu kan... so berhati2 la kwn2 ngan used ni... kuat tipu org. Sy dah 3-4 berurusan ngan used car, ni kali pertama kena cam ni

Hi, just want to share out my feeling after cheated by used car shop. I was just purchased an used car from Keng Siang Trading which located at Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan. They help me submit car loan from AmBank and charged me for autolife insurance(Around RM640++. After that, i was checked with AmBank, they said this insurance was optional) compulsory. It is ok, just paid what they want and i also didn't checked details on that.

I was already get the car and submit all the related documents to them for around 1 month. Yesterday afternoon, i received call from Ambank and they told me that vehicle ownership haven't been transferred yet due to less of some documents. And it might require to send the car back to JPJ to recheck again. I was upset about this and tried to contact Keng Siang Trading to check further but they keep escaped from it. Finally, they cut off my line.

Anyhow, just want to inform you guys this shop is totally not honest and you can find their used car price is lowest compare to others. But they might tried to cheat you for additional charges. Hi...i oso first time purchase car.After seeing the ad at Mudah.com,this company is selling the cheap price RM14980 (kenari).Finally going there for view car.One salesgirl name Ms.Lee ask RM500 for test drive.Paid already think wan to buy.Ask this girl for calculation.Come out price is RM18430++..I also quite surprise with this price and ask what u are charge.She seems like dun wan to explain.As i know used car charges (included puspakom,insurance etc) is around RM1 -2k only..Than suddenly ask me pay RM750 cash for Fast Fees Transfer.Say is this for bank.Argue with her.Finally she cancel it.Than say RM100 charge for failed apply loan..After thinking i feel this company is not honest and cheated.Asked back for the RM500.this girl refuse to refund.

So now i complaint to Tribunal tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia to claim back my RM500...

abg ak baru nk beli keta bulan lepas tpi kena scam plak dgn kedai ni

Al kisah nye abg ak nk angkt kelisa,mase gi sana punye la lemah lembut amoi tuh pelawa tgok2 keta tpi nk test drive katenye mintak rm500.abg ak kte ish apsal plak kena deposit x compom pon lagi tpi amoi tu kate meme procedur,so sbb time tuh x tau lagi bayar je la da test drive smua puas hati dia nk angkt la,amoi tu kate dia bole uruskan loan bank so abg ak pon bayar la 300 lepas nego2 utk booking n proceduree.

lepas smgu da buat hal kedai kol kate doc x lengkap padahal da kasi,2-3 minggu pastu plak dia kol kate kereta tu ade org da beli u datang la pilih keta lain.Abg ak pon panas la wth kate da booking n anta submit loan mne bole jual kan?abg ak kte xpe2 nnti sye pegi kedai kite tgok mcm mne

Then dia kate itu saya x tau u kol bank je la.lepas tngan plak,Tu yg panas abg ak kte bank mane ni?bagi numbe i nk kol nk confirm kan,mase nk blah tuh abg ak kte nk report SSM ngn report polis.DIa kate report la (dengan nada yang bongkak) cis berani sungguh.

So ak nk bagi pengajaran kt smua jgan la beli keta kt kedai ni.Buat rugi je byak masalah

My sister in East Malaysia came face to face with a con artist recently, and lived to tell me about it. Being in the hotel industry, she would come across all sorts of weirdos. This one was really an eye opener though, and I'm glad she had to smarts to identify the goofball that tried to pull a fast one on her.

A certain "Dr", claiming to be some master in teaching people how to maximize their memory, walked into the resort one fine day, uninvited, and asked to speak to the Communications person. It was a Saturday and that already pissed my sister off LOL! So fine, she went to meet this "Dr" fella and found him waiting at the lounge area.

This "Dr" told my sister that he wanted to organise a seminar in the hotel itself, and asked if the hotel would like to be his official venue sponsor. He even asked that the hotel sponsor him the Presidential suite during the duration of his "seminar". In my own sister's thoughts... "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CIPET"...

The "Dr" further explained that, "If you guys sponsor my stay at the Presidential suite, we can look at how you can recover that amount from my training seminar."

Cut to my sister's sibeh tulan face.... >.< style="font-style: italic;">"Dr" could provide a figure, as to how many participants is he expecting to his seminar, and whether or not he can give a guarantee that all participants would stay in the resort. The "Dr" couldn't give an answer at all, and then ding donged a bit about how he writes for the "Daily Express" twice a week, and that a man of his credentials can give the resort credit mention.

My sister's thought bubble: Ma fwak! That's what I think of your credit mention, all Tom Dick and Harry can give me credit mention.

And then this "Dr" started playing TV interviews about HIMSELF. Started showing file clippings about HIMSELF. Mind you, the clippings were so old, that NST has changed their masthead TWICE. He even added that he conducted a seminar in another big name resort in East Malaysia 9 years ago, and they had a lot of coverage due to his seminar. So my sister again asked him to show some newspaper clippings of that particular seminar he mentioned, and he kept quiet... and then replied that he didn't have it with him.

Mind you, this "Dr" didn't even have a business card on him. He claimed he was on vacation so he didn't bring any with him. Ok, we give that to you.

My sister enlightened me on this later that evening, and I did some Googling and found loads of write-ups on this guy. Turns out, he's a scammer and has been going around scamming people. So if any of you guys come across this person, please be very very wary of his motives. His name is Dr Timothy Koh Ming Kwang.
